Thermal Calculator

Thermal Calculator is a tool for finding temperature rise, or required ambient temperature for a required Tj (junction temperature).


In addition to simple thermal resistance units, support is provided for area and length based thermal conductivity values typically used with thermal epoxies, paste, and PGS Graphite Sheet.
