If you want to plug in into a solderless bread board, you will need some headers with pins at each end, like pictured above at the far right. These pins are smaller than 0.025” square posts so they don’t over-stress the bread board contacts. Here are three sources:
Samtec part number HTS-136-G-A available from Newark or Digi-Key.
Preci-Dip part number 350-10-136-00-018101 available from distributors listed here.
If you have the time, and want to save the money, you can use machined socket strips and plug short lengths of AWG22 solid wire in the sockets to make a double pinned header. I did this on the ethernet connector pictured above at the far left. This is not an attractive solution if you are doing this for a NXP LPCXpresso board with 54 pins.
